1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

House of Hemingway LLC provides personal styling services, which may include wardrobe consultation, closet editing, personal shopping, and styling guidance.

All services are tailored to the individual client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined at the time of booking or purchase.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the personalized nature of styling services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed services
  • Partially used services
  • Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences

4. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We understand that schedules change.

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Requests made within 24 hours may be forfeited
  • Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the best experience, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate sizing, preferences, and budget information
  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
  • Communicate openly and respectfully

Results depend on your participation and feedback.

6. NO GUARANTEES

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, styling is inherently subjective.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific outcomes
  • Wardrobe satisfaction
  • External results (including compliments, professional outcomes, or personal reactions)

7. PURCHASING & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

We may recommend clothing, accessories, or retailers.

However:

  • All purchasing decisions are made solely by you
  • We are not responsible for fit, quality, availability, or return policies of third-party items

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Hemingway LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided—including styling guides, outfit recommendations, and lookbooks—are the property of House of Hemingway LLC.

They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy.

All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely to deliver services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. PHOTO & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

We may request permission to use photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing.

We will never share your content without your consent.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to a respectful, professional environment.

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in:

  • Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior
  • Harassment or misconduct of any kind

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
